                            We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations & E-commerce to join our team. This pivotal role combines the operational oversight and strategic vision required to enhance our e-commerce presence while optimizing our operational efficiencies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving Lime Vizio's growth, with a particular focus on balancing operational excellence with e-commerce innovation. The goal is to optimize processes, decrease labor and operation costs, and increase EBITA to 20%, all within a fast-paced and adaptable environment.


                            Key Responsibilities:

                            • Develop and execute integrated strategies that encompass both the operational and e-commerce spheres of the business, ensuring alignment with Lime Vizio’s goals of innovation and quality.
                            • Lead the digital transformation initiatives, enhancing our e-commerce platform for superior customer experience, increased sales, and streamlined operations
                            • Oversee all aspects of operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and customer service, ensuring they support e-commerce objectives.
                            • Utilize analytics and data-driven approaches to inform decisions, improve site performance (CRO), and drive online traffic and sales.
                            • Spearheaded the adoption of new technologies and platforms that support both operational efficiency and e-commerce growth.
                            • Manage and optimize operational budgets, with a keen focus on reducing costs and improving EBITA margins.
                            • Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
                            • Continuous review and enhancement of business processes and policies to support scalability and efficiency.

                            Requirements:

                            • Proven track record in a leadership role, ideally within the e-commerce sector, with significant exposure to operations management
                            • Strong background in digital marketing, web development and design, data analysis, and project management.
                            • Expertise in Google Analytics, and other tools essential for e-commerce excellence.
                            • Experience in designing and revising business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
                            • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset
                            • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a history of managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
                            • Education in business, IT, data science, or marketing preferred.
                            • English is a must, both written and spoken.
