We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to join our HR team and support talent acquisition for our remote eCommerce operations.
This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for multiple operational roles across the company, including Customer Support, Sales, and Operations teams.
The HR Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a smooth, structured recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple hiring processes in a remote environment.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and online platforms
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Post and manage job listings on relevant job boards and recruiting platforms
Engage with potential applicants and encourage applications
Review resumes and screen candidates based on role requirements
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Provide candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers
Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
Ensure accurate documentation of all recruitment activities
Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Assist with pre-employment documentation and new hire paperwork
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers during the onboarding process
Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
HR Team Support
Work closely with the HR team
Support hiring strategy discussions and workforce planning
Assist with other HR-related tasks when required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Familiarity with online job boards and sourcing platforms
Experience working with remote teams is a plus
