About the Role: Expert Shoppers

 

We are on the lookout for an Expert Shoppers to help us buy the things we need for our daily operations.

 

Your Mission: Your job is to find the best prices and make sure we get good-quality stuff.  You will also be tasked with evaluating prices and quality, ensuring that we secure the best deals.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

 

Finding Suppliers: Look for companies that can sell us the things we need

 

Comparing Offers: Check out the offers from different suppliers to see which ones are the best in terms of cost and quality

 

Bargaining for Prices: Use your negotiation skills to get good prices from suppliers

 

Keeping Track of Orders: Make sure our orders are on track and arrive when they should

 

Checking Product Quality: Ensure that what we buy is up to our standards

 

Recording Orders: Write down important order details like who we bought from, how much, and how it's priced

 

Keeping Records: Maintain our records by keeping track of what we buy, when it's coming, and how much we paid.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

To do this job well, you should:

·         Be good at negotiating to get us the best deals.

·         Know how to compare different offers and choose the best ones.

·         Be friendly and build good relationships with suppliers so we get what we need on time and in good shape.

 

Technical Qualification And Requirements:

·         Desktop or laptop with at least an i3 or i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and a CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz or higher

·         USB headset with noise cancellation capabilities

·         Wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps including back-up internet

 

Job Requirements:

·         High school graduates with at least 1 year of experience in the Sales Field are required

·         Proficiency in negotiation is a must

·         Candidates should be available to work 5 days a week (40 hours or more)

·         Flexibility to work within the 6 AM-6 PM Pacific Time Zone (UTC−08:00 Los Angeles) is essential, as we offer different shifts

·         The capacity to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances, think on one's feet, communicate positively, and proactively engage with tasks

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with professionalism in all interactions with internal and external clients and customers

Compensation: 

Salary: $3 per hour

Benefits:

·         Prorated 13th-month pay

·         Performance incentives (details to be discussed during training)
