We are looking for a motivated and engaging Trainer/Training Specialist to join our Training team and lead the onboarding and training process for new employees across the company.
This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that help new hires quickly understand company processes, tools, and expectations across multiple departments, including Customer Support, Sales, Operations, and other teams.
The Trainer ensures that employees start their roles with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills required to perform effectively. This role includes conducting virtual training sessions, developing training materials, monitoring trainee progress, and supporting employees during their onboarding period.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, supportive, and comfortable facilitating training sessions in a fully remote environment.

Conduct online training sessions for new and existing employees across departments
Facilitate onboarding and nesting programs for new hires
Deliver structured training sessions using virtual training tools
Maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment
Create and update training materials, guides, and documentation
Develop structured onboarding and training programs
Record and maintain training videos and educational resources
Continuously improve training content based on operational changes
Track attendance, training progress, and completion rates
Evaluate trainee performance through exercises, assignments, and feedback
Identify knowledge gaps and adjust training approaches
Provide coaching and additional support during onboarding
Work closely with HR, Recruitment, Operations, and Team Managers
Align training content with operational processes and expectations
Support managers in preparing employees for production work
Help identify company-wide training needs
Training Administration
Maintain training records and documentation
Manage training schedules and planning
Ensure training materials remain accurate and up to date
Assist operational teams when required during peak workload periods
Support ongoing operations by handling limited production tasks if necessary
Maintain familiarity with operational processes to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant
Open to current Expert Shoppers, Inbound Sales representatives due to business needs
Previous training experience is preferred but not required
Experience creating training materials is preferred but not required
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to engage learners in a remote environment
Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and manage schedules remotely
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
Training and knowledge transfer will be provided to support the transition into the Trainer role.

The Trainer will undergo a three-month apprenticeship period, during which the Training Manager will provide guidance, support, and knowledge transfer to help the Trainer acquire the necessary skills and familiarity with training processes before independently facilitating training sessions.
During this period, the Trainer will gradually transition into conducting training sessions and managing training responsibilities.
