About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product UX/UI Designer to join Lime Vizio Inc. — the tech engine behind national gifting platforms like Blossom Flowers, Sunny Flowers, and Gift on Schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with empathy: Turn emotional journeys into intuitive, frictionless digital flows.
• Design with purpose: Create elegant, high-converting e-commerce experiences for web, mobile, and app.
• Think like a founder: Balance user needs and business goals to drive revenue and resonance.
• Use real data: Leverage heatmaps, analytics, and A/B tests to iterate with precision.
• Craft beauty at scale: Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across brands and channels.
• Collaborate across functions: Partner with product, dev, and marketing to ship features that delight.
• Mentor with heart: Support junior designers and evangelize user-centered design company-wide.

What You Bring

• 5–10+ years designing elegant UX/UI for e-commerce or product-centric businesses.
• A powerful portfolio that shows both heart and logic — stunning visuals + smart decisions.
• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of CRO, checkout flows, product pages, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience running user interviews, surveys, and usability tests that uncover hidden friction.
• Bonus: fluency in HTML/CSS/JS to speak the dev team’s language.
