What you’ll own

• Clarity: Turn requests into dev-ready specs and acceptance criteria—no rework, no waiting.
• Cadence: Run planning, daily standups, weekly demos, and retros that teams actually like.
• Critical path: Track dependencies, surface risks early, drive decisions fast.
• Quality gate: Define go/no-go, rollout/rollback, and post-release checks.
• Visibility: One live plan of record—scope, owners, dates, risks—always up to date.

What success looks like

• Cycle time down, delivery predictability up.
• Fewer incidents, faster recovery, more orders delivered on time.
• Stakeholders see status without a meeting; engineers know exactly what’s next.

Must-haves

• 5–8+ years TPM/IT PM in e-commerce/marketplaces/logistics.
• Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban), backlog hygiene, and release coordination.
• You write crisp specs/AC; you’re comfortable discussing APIs, services, queues, and data models.
• Tools: ClickUp/Jira, docs, basic CI/CD, and dashboards.
• Good English; Must be available 8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time.

Nice-to-haves

• WordPress/WooCommerce at scale, Node.js, Python jobs, Vue, PostgreSQL basics.
• Partnered with Growth/SEO on site speed, landing pages, and checkout lift.
• Incident leadership and observability (alerts, dashboards, post-mortems).
