We’re hiring a Senior Python Developer not to build faster APIs — but to make sure those messages, those gestures, those moments… never miss.

What You’ll Work On

• Modular, event-driven Python microservices
• Kafka pipelines that move emotion across systems
• Clean, fast, and resilient PostgreSQL architecture
• Voice bots, chatbots, and real-time logistics infrastructure
• Production-ready deployments using FastAPI, Docker, OpenAI, LangChain, VAPI, Twilio, ElevenLabs, and more

Your Mission

• Architect and build Python services from scratch
• Design Kafka-based real-time data pipelines
• Optimize and maintain PostgreSQL for speed and reliability
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA to ship impactful features
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Contribute to a high-trust, high-output engineering culture

Your Toolkit

• 5+ years of Python backend experience
• Strong background in microservices and event-driven systems
• Deep experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams
• Proficient in PostgreSQL: schema design, indexing, performance tuning
• Experience with Django and/or FastAPI
• Knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD, and Linux environments
• Bonus: Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools, experience with high-scale environments
