What We’re Looking For:

• Proven PHP Expertise: 3+ years of solid experience and an impressive portfolio demonstrating your skills.
• Database Mastery: Advanced knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB, specializing in query optimization and performance tuning.
• WordPress Back-End Expert: Extensive experience developing custom solutions and optimizing WordPress websites for high performance.
• OOP & MVC Patterns: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and the MVC framework.
• Git & Version Control: Expertise in using Git to manage codebases and collaborate efficiently in team environments.
• Bonus Points: Experience with Payment Gateways and site speed optimization is a big plus.
• Communication: Fluent in conversational English to collaborate effectively in a global team.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: Competitive pay based on experience – ranging from $1,500 to $3,500 per month, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and contributions to company success.
• Paid Time Off 2 weeks of paid vacation and 7 days of sick leave per year.
• Salary Payment: Salaries are paid every 2 weeks

Important: Time Zone & Availability

To apply, you must be available to work 40 hours a week in the California Time Zone (8 AM - 5 PM).
While we’re open to candidates from any location, our IT developers and teams must work in sync with this schedule to ensure seamless collaboration.
