What to Expect

As an E-Commerce Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the customer journey. From activation strategies to user experience enhancements, you’ll leverage data and customer insights to build features that delight users and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead new initiatives with entrepreneurial agility, and ensure every decision reflects a customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Optimize Funnel Activation: Develop strategies to increase user engagement, improve product discovery, and drive conversion. Define success metrics and consistently surpass them.
  • Enhance User Experience: Partner with UX/UI teams to design seamless interfaces. Conduct A/B testing and user research to ensure products meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead with Insights: Use data and metrics to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and refine strategies. Turn customer pain points into tangible, beloved product features.
  • Drive New Initiatives: Take ownership of 0-1 product initiatives, leading projects with limited resources and a clear bias for action.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, customer service, and design teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Inspire and Lead: Mentor product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and customer obsession.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable building, scaling, and iterating 0-1 products and MVPs.

To apply, you must be available to work 40 hours a week in the California Time Zone (8 AM - 5 PM). While we’re open to candidates from any location, our IT developers and teams must work in sync with this schedule to ensure seamless collaboration.
